Service time depends on what’s being treated: new or renewal service visits take 45 minutes to 1 hour, exterior-only treatments take 15–30 minutes, and interior treatments take 15–45 minutes. Our techs always aim to be efficient, thorough, and respectful of your time.
Absolutely. We provide annual treatment plans to keep pests away all year long. These plans include proactive inspections and priority scheduling for any follow-ups.
Our treatments are water-based, low-toxicity, and safe for children and pets. While leaving the house isn’t required, we recommend avoiding treated areas for about 2 hours to allow everything to fully dry.

Not much! We’ll let you know if there’s anything specific based on the pest, but generally we just ask that you move pets, kids’ toys, or food items away from treatment areas. We’ll handle the rest.
